This plugin allows you to use the advanced mailto parameters that FPP’s openUrl command doesn’t allow you to use. As a added bonus it allows you to use Skype links (it only works if you have Skype installed).

How to use it:

It’s a easy, quick and dirty job, but for it’s price, please don’t complain
NOTE: IT WON’T CHECK IF YOUR EMAIL IS VALID AND OR IF ONE IS PASSED, so pay attention to that

To verify if the plugin is working you should install the Flash Tracer Firefox Add-On and take a look at the trace statements.

Parameters

All parameter are self, explanatory but if you have questions just ask in the forum.
(NOTE: if you don’t include a parameter it won’t be used):

External calls:

external.fppemail.sendEmail=type[email or skype]

just pass this line to a onClick event, and add in the end the type of link, email to open your mail client or Skype to open Skype and dial the given number.

This plugin uses functions of the hotspot plugin bundled with FPP base package. You MUST add the hotspot plugin even if you won’t use any of it’s function.

Another update to the FPP:Cursor plugin, now we can set the Smooth functionality to Automagicaly activate when the frames per second hit a certain point (again thanks to Scott Witte), and a bunch of new stuff.

New Features:

• Limit the drag cursors to horizontal movement only
• Define the maximum angle the drag cursor can have
• Set the smooth functionality to auto
• Define the minimum frame rate to activate the smooth functionality when in auto
• Define the angle steps of the drag cursor (not limited to 45º steps anymore)
• Full compatibility when previous version

How to use:

First add it like any FPP plugin:

whether or not to use a custom cursor when the cursor is over the panorama and not over a hotspot or plugin. auto disables the custom cursor when the frames per second falls bellow the value determined in minFps (default is auto)

minFps=[FRAMES PER SECOND:NUMBER]

Minimum frames per second for the automatic smooth function (default is 12)

externalCursors=[TRUE|FALSE]

Use external cursor images, activates the next 3 parameters. (default is false)

iconNormal=[URL]

The URL of the image for the cursor when the mouse isn’t pressed

iconMove=[URL]

The URL of the image for the cursor when the mouse is pressed and the mouse is moving (dragging)

iconPress=[URL]

The URL of the image for the cursor when the mouse is pressed but isn’t moving

snapAngle=[TRUE|FALSE]

If the cursor “snaps” to certain angles determines by snapSteps (true) or rotates freely (false). (default is true)

snapSteps=[ANGLE:NUMBER]

The angle at wich the rotation will snap when snapAngle is set to true (default is 45)

minMovement=[DISTANCE IN PIXELS:NUMBER]

The distance in pixels to move the cursor after pressing the mouse, to be considered a drag. (default is 2)

horizontalOnly=[TRUE|FALSE]

Limits the rotation of the custom drag cursor to display only horizontal movement, if snapAngle is set to true, it will snap only to 45º (if maxAngle is bigger than 45) and ignore the snapSteps parameter . (default is false)

maxAngle=[ANGLE:NUMBER]

Determines the maximum angle the custom dag cursor rotates when the horizontalOnly is set to true. (default is 45)

Here’s the updated version of the FPP:Cursors plugin it incorporates Scott Witte’s Smooth functionality and Denis Chumakov’s Hotspots Mouse over detection. As always, every single parameter is configurable. Read more after the break.

I developed this after a Plugin project that has never seen the light of day, I started it as a test but then I just started adding more and more features…

We can customize the cursors, snap to 45º angles and determine the minimum movement distance to change cursors.

This plugin allows you to add your own branding to the Flash Player context menu (right click menu), while preserving the mandatory “About Flash Panorama Player” link.

It’s an improvement of a previously available plugin, as such it offers a few extras:

• First, you don’t have to add the “About Flash Panorama Player”. the plugin adds it automatically!
• Second, you can hide the default Flash Player options (Zoom in, Zoom out, etc);
• Third, you can add separators to the context menu;
• Fourth, you can add disabled items (user can’t click, but the text is there);
• Fifth, open your links in a new window, same window or in a frame NEW IN v1.3

Apart from that, is exactly the same as the previous plugin except that the maximum number of items you can add to the context menu is 14 (Adobe maximum is 15 minus the “About FPP” line).

First add it like a regular plugin
